Payment

We do not take any payment from your credit card until an order has been packed and is ready to ship. If we are shipping a partial order, we will only take payment for the items actually shipped and charge for backorders as and when they are dispatched.

We will email you once an order has been dispatched and give you the means of dispatch and any tracking numbers if relevant.
