Express Delivery

Orders will usually be dispatched within 2 working day by Royal Mail Signed For or by courier and will usually be delivered the day after. If we are able, we will reduce the shipping, so the price shown is the maximum you will be charged.

Saver Delivery

Orders will usually be dispatched within 5 working days. Orders are usually sent Royal Mail Second Class and may arrive up to 5 days after dispatch, ie 10 days after your order was placed.

Delivery Terms

For security reasons all parcels need to be signed for on delivery. They are delivered any time between 9am and 5pm.
Please use an alternative or work address for delivery if you are not at home during normal work hours, and provide a telephone number you will be contactable at between 9am and 5pm.
We endeavour to dispatch all orders received by 12 noon on the same day, subject to stock availability.
In the unlikely event that we cannot ship your order within 2 working days we will contact you via e-mail or phone with an expected delivery date.
If we have to redirect your parcel to a different address once it has been despatched you will be charged a £12 redirection fee.
Couriers make 2 attempts to deliver the parcel. If they cannot deliver a parcel because there is no one available to sign for it, the parcel will be automatically returned to us and you will be refunded the cost of your original order less the full cost of the original delivery and the cost of returning the parcel to us.
Royal Mail deliveries will arrive with your normal post and would be held at your local Post Office for collection if undeliverable; your postman will leave a card if this is the case.
If you require a failed delivery to be sent out from us for a second time you will be charged a duplicate shipping charge.
