For smaller boats, Vetus manufacture a GRP stern tube which can be bonded directly into the hull. It is supplied with an outer cutlass bearing.

It is designed for a water-lubricated system, with a water inlet as part of the inner bearing. Slots in the tube are designed for easy replacement of the cutlass bearing.

Vetus GRP stern tubes are available for shafts of 25mm and 30mm. Longer lengths than those indicated, including models with more than one cutlass bearing are available on request. If you require further information or prices, please contact us by email or call us on 01248 811 001.
