The bow thruster motor is the heart of the system. The new 6-blade propeller optimises the performance of the motor, reduces cavitation noise and reduces current consumption by up to 10%.

In addition to the bow thruster motor, you will also require a tube, control panel and connection cable - plus the provision of a fused power supply.

Note: The 55kgf and 60kgf models are suitable for most narrowboats: the 60kgf may also be used as a direct replacement for the now- discontinued 50kgf as it fits into the same 185mm diameter tunnel.

Please note that we usually carry stock of all 12v bow thruster motors up to the 60kgf model. Larger thrusters will usually have a 2-4 week lead time. Please contact us for pricing of larger bow thrusters which are not listed here.
